Return Policy

Return request can be initiated only ‘once per order’ and ‘within 1 days of delivery of the order’, given the following conditions are satisfied:

  • Product(s) should be unused 
  • Bill is must
  • Product(s) is/are not custom altered

We will provide a reverse pickup facility to the customer. In case, we are not able to provide a reverse pickup facility to the customer, the customer will have to send the parcel back to us .In both cases the charges of return shipping services will be beared by the customer in return/exchange case.

Please note that reverse parcel takes anywhere from 3-20 days after pickup to reach us. The refund will be processed only after we receive the customer’s parcel back (a maximum 20 days after pickup) and product(s) pass(es) the quality check.

  • Refund to Account – Refund requested in the same ‘bank account/card/wallet / Craftcop ‘website wallet’ used for placing the order. For COD orders, one may provide an account number on the return form.

No extra Return Fee will be deducted from product(s) .

Exchange Policy

Customers can not  initiate an exchange for product due to size ,color or any personal choice. Exchange will be initiated only in case of defective or damaged product received by customer. Exchange request can be initiated only ‘once per order’ and ‘within 24 hours of delivery of the product. On receiving damaged/defective  products, the customer will have to send the images and details of damaged items with original bill and courier slip within 24 hours at our email id. [email protected] . below are some conditions of exchange:

  • Product(s) should be unused. 
  • Bill should be intact.
  • Product(s) is/are not purchased in sale/discounted price.
  • Product(s) is/are not altered / custom altered .

We will not provide a reverse pickup charge to the customer .These charges will be beared by customer.

Please note that reverse parcel takes anywhere from 3-20 days after pickup to reach us. Exchanged orders will be processed ONLY after we receive the customer’s parcel back (a maximum 20 days after pickup) and product(s) pass(es) the quality check.

If there is any excess amount after the exchange order is created, it will be credited to the customer’s Craftcop  website wallet only after receiving the original product(s) back to our warehouse. This amount can be deducted from the payable amount of any future order on our website or can be given back to customers account.


Custom Tailored Items / Altered Items

We will not accept return or exchange for custom sized items or items that have been altered in any way.in that case we will not return the amount but will fix the damaged or defective item.


Sale items (if applicable)

All the sale, discounted, coupon & gift voucher purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.


Excluded Categories


Non-acceptance of COD Orders

In case, the customer does not accept the COD order after shipment, such customers will not be able to place the COD order on our website in the future. In some genuine cases, we might not place the customer in the NO COD list.


International Orders

For international orders, there is no ‘Cancellation / Return / Exchange’ available. But we will consider the genuine problem and may sort out problem with compensation which depends on the damaged or defects. (compensation will not be more than half the amount of product).the compensation amount will be decided by our team fairly. In this case ,the customer will have to report within 24 hours of delivery of the same product/products only at our email id. [email protected]

  • Reported case within 24 hours of delivery.
